Public Welfare & Charity | Yougu Technology: Unceasing Steps of Love and Perseverance
On the morning of May 17, the 12th “Milk Walk for Charity” public‑welfare event kicked off officially. Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology), together with Changzhou Red Cross Society as well as the company’s Party Branch, Trade Union and Youth League Branch, actively organized employees to take part in the activity, passing on warmth through actions and fulfilling social responsibility with every step.
For the first time, this year’s walk adopted a 26‑kilometer circular route. Starting from Jiangnan Global Harbour, it passed Changzhou’s landmark cultural sites including Bauhinia Park, Dongpo Park, Tianning Temple, Cultural Palace, Damiaonong Lane and Culture Square, before looping back to the starting point. In the form of “CITY WALK”, participants measured their goodwill while immersing themselves in Changzhou’s historical heritage and modern vitality.
At 8 a.m., more than 20 members of the Yougu Technology walking team gathered at the starting point Jiangnan Global Harbour. They marched via Xinbei Central Park, Bauhinia Park and Tianning Temple, and reached the halfway finish at Cultural Palace Square at noon. Participants completing the full distance pressed on toward the destination after a short rest. At 2 p.m., the Yougu team checked in and reassembled at the finish‑line Jiangnan Global Harbour, bringing the event to a successful close. The walk was not only an urban exploration, but also a charity journey fueled by love. Every kilometer supported public‑welfare causes and helped deliver on the commitment to ensure underprivileged children receive “a bag of milk” every day.
Over the years, Yougu Technology has attached great importance to social public welfare and encouraged employee participation in diverse charity activities. On February 2, 2024, Yougu Technology and Changzhou Red Cross Society jointly established the Yougu Technology Public Welfare Fund. Since its founding, the fund has supported numerous social‑welfare initiatives, including assistance for people in need, youth wellbeing programs, charity book donations and sponsorship of sports charity events.
Going forward, Yougu Technology will stay true to its original aspiration and mission. It will interpret its public‑welfare spirit through concrete actions and spread greater warmth via charitable undertakings.
