Release of Implementation Guidelines for Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade and Network Integration of Jiangsu Wind Power Transmission Chain Industry & Transformation Experience Exchange Conference Successfully Held at Yougu Technology
On the afternoon of May 15, the Exchange Conference on the Release of Implementation Guidelines for Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade and Network Integration of Jiangsu Wind Power Transmission Chain Industry was successfully held at Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology). The event was guided by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, hosted by China Information Design & Consulting Institute Co., Ltd., and co‑organized by Yougu Technology. Qi Gangping, First‑Level Researcher of the New Energy Industry Division under Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, attended the event.
Qi Gangping delivered the opening address. He stated that “Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade and Network Integration” has become a new driving force for the transformation, upgrading and high‑quality development of traditional industries, bringing tangible benefits to enterprises. At the critical moment of wind power industry transformation, we must take digital transformation as key support and keep advancing initiatives for intelligent transformation, digital upgrade and network integration.
At the opening session, the Implementation Guidelines for Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade and Network Integration of Jiangsu Wind Power Transmission Chain Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines), co‑compiled by Gu Yongjiu, Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, and Wang Haibo, Manager of the Digital & Intelligent Management Department, was officially released. As a “Jiangsu Provincial Green Factory” accredited by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Yougu Technology’s solution for “Cutting‑off and Work‑reporting Process Optimization” has been included as a typical case in the Guidelines.
During the conference, Wang Haibo, Manager of the Digital & Intelligent Management Department of Yougu Technology, shared the company’s practical experience in intelligent transformation, digital upgrade and network integration.
In recent years, Yougu Technology has increased investment in intelligence and informatization, and vigorously promoted the digital, informatized and intelligent transformation of its manufacturing business. Through continuous investment in information technology, intelligent transformation of R&D processes, improvement of integrated design‑manufacturing capability and intelligent upgrading of manufacturing equipment, the company has built an operation and management model featuring informatized administration, digital operation‑maintenance and intelligent services.
Yougu Technology has continuously introduced high‑end intelligent equipment such as various high‑precision gantry machining centers and fully‑automatic welding robot workstations. Multiple digital management systems including MES intelligent manufacturing system and SRM supply‑chain management system have been deployed. By integrating informatization and intelligence, the company keeps improving digital management capability, optimizing production modes and boosting production efficiency.
At the end of the event, all participants visited Yougu Technology’s newly‑launched corporate exhibition hall.
The conference drew representatives from the New Energy Industry Division of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, New Energy Industry Division of Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Xinbei District Economic Development Bureau, service providers for intelligent transformation, digital upgrade and network integration, as well as more than 40 key enterprises and institutions within the wind power transmission‑chain sector.
