Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions Conducts Special Research at Yougu Technology for the “Role‑Model Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises” Campaign
On the afternoon of April 3, Xuan Jianqiang, Vice‑President of Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions, and his delegation visited Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) to investigate the implementation of the “Role‑Model Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises” campaign. Wei Qiang, Chairman of Yougu Technology Trade Union, Zou Yan, Vice‑Chairman of the Trade Union, and Li Yang, Lean Production Manager, received the guests and reported on relevant work.
At the symposium, Xuan Jianqiang and his delegation gained an in‑depth understanding of the work of the Model‑Worker & Craftsman Innovation Studio. Wei Qiang gave a detailed briefing on staff innovation and efficiency‑boosting activities, transformation of innovative achievements, as well as incentive mechanisms for innovation initiatives. In 2024, with full support from Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions and Xinbei District Federation of Trade Unions, and relying on Gu Yongjiu Model‑Worker (Craftsman) Innovation Studio, Yougu Technology held three “Role‑Model Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises” events throughout the year. The spirit of model workers, industry experience, safety awareness and occupational health concepts have been deeply integrated into daily corporate operations. Front‑line employees have significantly strengthened their sense of safety responsibility, continuously unleashed innovation vitality at posts, and gradually standardized occupational health protection practices.
Xuan Jianqiang praised Yougu Technology for giving play to the exemplary role of model workers and craftsmen and its active participation in the “Role‑Model Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises” campaign. He noted that Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions will further carry out the campaign to help enterprises solve practical problems and attract more model workers and craftsmen to join the initiative, so as to lay a solid foundation for building the brand of “Role‑Model Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises”.
