Who We Are

Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Yougu Technology") is a state-level little giant enterprise specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for precision machinery parts in industries such as wind power generation equipment, rail transit equipment, medical equipment, aerospace, and other high-end equipment manufacturing sectors. Yougu Technology has the professional processing equipment and testing equipment, and operates in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System, GB/T 29490 Intellectual Property Management System, GB/T 23001, GB/T 23006 Integrated Management System Of Informatization and Industrialization, and ISO 3834 International Welding Quality System. Yougu Technology can provide comprehensive solutions of key components such as precision-welded generator housings, high-precision shafts, cooling systems, and accessories. Current clients mainly include high-end equipment manufacturers such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Siemens, Flender, Cummins, Emerson, Goldwind, Envision, Shanghai Electric, and CRRC. Our products are directly exported to more than 10 countries such as Germany, Denmark and Spain, and are widely used in renewable energy projects in more than 80 countries. Yougu Technology has been successfully listed on NEEQ(the National Equities Exchange and Quotations) in October 2023 and has plans for an initial public offering in 2029.

To date, Yougu Technology has filed for over 100 patents, including 7 invention patents, over 70 utility model patents, and appearance patents. It has also maintained close industry-university-research cooperation with Hunan University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Changzhou University, Changzhou Institute of Technology. Yougu Technology established the "Joint Laboratory for Core Technology and Equipment of High-Power Wind Power Generators" with Hunan University, as well as the Jiangsu High-Power Wind Motor Cooling Device Engineering Technology Research Center and the Enterprise Technology Center of Jiangsu. Yougu Technology established the "JITRI-Yougu Technology Joint Innovation Center" with the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. Yougu Technology and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics established the Jiangsu Graduate Workstation.

Yougu Technology was selected in 2017 as a leading talent enterprise in the eighth batch of the "Longcheng Talent Plan" in Changzhou; in 2018, it was rated as a "Jiangsu Province High-tech Enterprise"; in 2019, it was rated as a "Jiangsu Province Private Science and Technology Enterprise"; its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changzhou Yougu Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd., was selected in 2019 as a leading talent enterprise in the eleventh batch of the "Longcheng Talent Plan" in Changzhou. The 6.5MW-14MW platform-based semi-direct drive offshore wind turbine lightweight housing was recognized as a "2021 Changzhou Manufacturing Innovation Product" and "2021 Changzhou City's First Set of Major Equipment and Key Components," and received special funds for industrial transformation and upgrading (Standard Leading Quality Improvement Project) from Jiangsu Province; the air-water cooler for wind turbines was recognized as a "2021 Changzhou Manufacturing Innovation Product". In 2022, Yougu Technology was recognized as a "Jiangsu Province 'Gazelle Enterprise'"; Yougu Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yougu Electrical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., was selected in 2022 as a leading talent enterprise in the twenty-first batch of the "Longcheng Talent Plan" in Changzhou. In 2023, it was selected as a (sixth batch) city-level service-oriented manufacturing enterprise in Changzhou; recognized as a national "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative" Little Giant Enterprise; recognized as a Jiangsu Province Graduate Workstation; recognized as a Jiangsu Province "Green Factory"; recognized as a Jiangsu Province "Integrated Management System Of Informatization and Industrialization Model Enterprise"; recognized as a Jiangsu Province "Five-Star Cloud" Enterprise; recognized as the Smart Factory in Changzhou.Yougu Technology was recognized in 2023 as an Advanced‑Model Enterprise for Harmonious Labor‑Relation Development in Changzhou; in 2024, it was selected for the 2024 “Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System (Upgraded Version) Implementation Standard” Project, rated as a Changzhou Industrial Design Center, awarded as a Changzhou Seed Unicorn Enterprise, and recognized as a Changzhou Benchmark Enterprise for Lean Management of Small‑and‑Medium‑sized Enterprises. In 2024, the Company‑affiliated Association for Science and Technology of Yougu Technology was recognized as a Model Enterprise Association for Science and Technology in Changzhou; its self‑built “Intelligent Workshop for Precision Manufacturing of Offshore Wind Turbine Housings” was successfully certified as a “Jiangsu Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop”, and the lightweight housing for the 15MW platform‑based semi‑direct‑drive offshore wind turbine was recognized as “2024 Su‑Xi‑Chang First‑of‑a‑Kind Major Equipment”. In 2024, it was recognized as a “Jiangsu Provincial Gazelle Enterprise”, certified as a Jiangsu‑level Enterprise for Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade & Network‑Collaboration of the Manufacturing Industry, and re‑certified as a Jiangsu Province High‑tech Enterprise. In 2025, it was recognized as a Jiangsu Provincial Advanced‑level Smart Factory.
