On May 15, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the list of 2025 Jiangsu Advanced‑Level Smart Factories. The Smart Factory for Precision Components of Wind‑Power Equipment Based on Digital‑Intelligent Integrated Management and Control, submitted by Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology, has been officially accredited as a 2025 Jiangsu Advanced‑Level Smart Factory. This important recognition is high‑affirmation of Yougu Technology’s smart manufacturing capability in key components for high‑power offshore wind power generation, marking another key milestone on the company’s journey toward an intelligent future.
Established by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Jiangsu Advanced‑Level Smart Factory accreditation aims to implement the Three‑Year Action Plan for Deepening Intelligent Transformation, Digital Upgrade and Network Integration of Manufacturing Industry in Jiangsu Province and drive high‑quality development of the manufacturing sector. The accreditation conducts comprehensive enterprise evaluation covering multiple dimensions including smart manufacturing equipment, industrial software and integrated application of industrial network devices. It promotes tiered development of smart factories and fosters in‑depth integration of the real economy and the digital economy.
At present, Yougu Technology has fully advanced the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing operations. It has obtained the AAA‑level Assessment for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization and been recognized as a “Jiangsu Provincial Demonstration Enterprise for Implementing the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization”. It has also been awarded honors such as “Changzhou Smart Factory” and “Jiangsu Provincial Smart Manufacturing Workshop”. In recent years, Yougu Technology has invested hundreds of millions of RMB to introduce a full range of high‑end digital‑intelligent manufacturing equipment, including various high‑precision gantry machining centers and fully‑automatic welding robot workstations, so as to optimize production modes and improve operational efficiency. By deploying Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and Supply Chain Management System (SCM), the company has realized information‑based management of the entire on‑site production process and guaranteed precise control and optimization across all production links.
The accredited project The Smart Factory for Precision Components of Wind‑Power Equipment Based on Digital‑Intelligent Integrated Management and Control leverages the company’s information platform and integrates cutting‑edge technologies including cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence. It connects information channels between design and manufacturing and realizes data interconnection and sharing across business processes. Scenario‑based applications such as digitalization, visualization, refined energy consumption management and integrated supply‑chain management streamline system operations and boost factory productivity.
Building upon this accredited smart factory, Yougu Technology will further push forward intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, raise its overall intelligence level, optimize production workflows and advance industrial structure upgrading.
