Yougu Technology Holds Successful 2025 Mid‑year Management Review Report Meeting

Halfway through 2025, on July 19, the 2025 Mid‑year Management Performance Review Report Meeting of Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) was grandly held in the conference room of the comprehensive building of Yougu Electrical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. All company management members gathered to review the development achievements of the first half‑year and discuss major plans for the second half‑year. Gu Yongjiu, Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a concluding speech, setting the direction and rallying strength for the company’s next‑phase development.

The performance review meeting proceeded in two sessions, morning and afternoon.

At the meeting, heads of various departments gave detailed reports covering core dimensions including departmental structure and staff responsibilities, completion of key KPIs, work achievements in the first half of 2025, work plans for the second half‑year, existing problems and improvement measures, as well as action plans for achieving departmental KPIs in the second half‑year. Supported by solid data, the presentations were logical and rigorous. They comprehensively reviewed remarkable progress made in the first half‑year, while accurately analyzing shortcomings in development, clarifying directions and approaches for work in the second half‑year.

At the close of the meeting, Gu Yongjiu’s concluding speech injected strong momentum into the company’s development for the second half‑year. To open his remarks, Gu Yongjiu invited participating management to reflect collectively on the performance review meeting, building consensus for development through exchange of ideas.

He then interacted with management via on‑site questioning on 16 core topics, such as the company’s founding date, corporate mission, “Five First‑Class Goals”, corporate strategy and corporate vision. Through question‑and‑answer exchanges, the company’s foundational tenets and guiding objectives became even clearer. Founded on February 5, 2016, Yougu Technology takes “For the Sustainable Development of Humanity” as its corporate mission, and strides steadily toward its corporate vision of becoming “a world‑class provider of integrated solutions for key components of high‑end equipment”. Adhering to corporate strategies of “high quality, on‑time delivery, competitive cost, new business lines and high‑performance teams”, the company upholds its value commitments to customers, shareholders, employees and society. Focusing on its core product “precision‑welded generator housings”, it advances steadily under the corporate philosophy of “customer orientation, people‑oriented management, operational excellence and green development”.

Addressing key priorities for current development, Gu Yongjiu put forward three requirements. First, focus on major existing contradictions within Yougu Technology. Systematically consolidate organizational capabilities and comprehensively improve the overall competence of management by strengthening performance appraisal for office staff and recruiting specialized talents. Second, deepen understanding of corporate culture and promote the tangible implementation of cultural concepts to energize teams through cultural driving force. Third, uphold that “execution is the primary competency”. Strictly abide by work standards of compliance, goal‑orientation, directionality, planning, professionalism and effectiveness, and translate clear objectives into concrete actions.

The interactive concluding session strengthened management’s understanding of the company’s core values and united collective efforts for joint progress. Gu Yongjiu emphasized that while challenges coexist with opportunities, the path forward is defined and confidence remains high. Taking this meeting as a new starting point, all Yougu staff will forge ahead with confidence and drive, continuously fueling Yougu Technology’s high‑quality development in the global high‑power offshore wind power sector and advancing full‑steam toward broader prospects in the new‑energy industry.
