Summary of Achievements for Yougu Technology’s Mentor‑Apprentice Pairing Program
The Mentor‑Apprentice Pairing Program stands as a highly significant cultural symbol within Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yougu Technology”). It constitutes an important initiative driven by “inheritance and innovation” and backed by institutional guarantees, as well as a core measure rolled out by the company’s Trade Union to boost employees’ professional skills. Launched in 2023 and fully supported by the Trade Union, the program leverages the platform strengths of Gu Yongjiu Model‑Worker (Craftsman) Innovation Studio. It has yielded remarkable outcomes and become a vital bond empowering employee growth and fueling corporate development.

Yougu Technology prioritizes the cultivation of young talents. Centered on the core principle of “seasoned staff guiding new hires and new employees stimulating mutual learning”, the program pairs experienced mentors with workplace newcomers for targeted assistance, enabling efficient transfer of professional know‑how and practical experience. To date, the scale of the program has expanded steadily, with a total of 45 mentor‑apprentice pairs formed. Among them, 16 pairs have successfully completed their mentorship terms and the apprentices have officially graduated from the program. Twenty‑four new pairs were added this year alone, and four pairs passed assessment to complete their apprenticeship. Guided by their mentors, a cohort of young employees have grown rapidly and smoothly transitioned from fresh recruits to competent front‑line professionals.
On the morning of December 26, Yougu Technology’s 2025 Mentor‑Apprentice Graduation Ceremony was held in the company multi‑function hall. Four pairs — Wang Jia & Hu Qinghong, Li Zhanfang & Ge Fangcheng, Li Yuanze & Song Wei, Xu Yinglai & Wang Erhui — completed the official graduation ceremony on site.

During the addresses, multiple company leaders affirmed the value of the program. Liu Jianjun, Deputy General Manager of Yougu Technology, stated that Mentor‑Apprentice Pairing represents a sound and systematic talent‑development mechanism built by the enterprise. He encouraged mentors to share their expertise selflessly and apprentices to cherish learning opportunities, pursue innovation and breakthroughs amid knowledge inheritance, and grow alongside the company. From the Trade Union’s perspective, Wei Qiang, Director of Public Affairs, pointed out that the program effectively helps employees upgrade their professional competence. The Trade Union will actively promote outstanding achievements from the initiative to deliver benefits for staff and drive corporate progress. Liao Yi, Director of the Machining Workshop, shared insights drawn from his personal experience regarding the advantages of the current talent‑nurturing environment. He urged newly‑graduated apprentices to stay true to their original aspirations, dedicate themselves to their professions, and grow into backbone talents of the enterprise at an early date.
Skills are passed from generation to generation, and craftsmanship builds dreams. Going forward, Yougu Technology will uphold the philosophy of “inheritance and innovation”, keep refining the mentor‑apprentice training mechanism, strengthen platform support, foster more high‑caliber skilled personnel, and inject impetus into the company’s high‑quality development.
