Summer “Three‑Deliveries” Heat‑Relief Visit: Fang Guoqiang Heads Delegation to Yougu Technology
To genuinely care for the physical and mental well‑being of front‑line workers operating under high temperatures and reinforce accountability for high‑temperature workplace safety, Fang Guoqiang, Chairman of Changzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, recently led a delegation to Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) for the 2026 Summer “Three Deliveries” (delivering cooling relief, safety, and legal services) heat‑relief condolence activity. He visited and extended greetings to front‑line workers braving the heat, bringing heatstroke prevention supplies and sincere care.
Since the onset of summer, amid sustained high temperatures, Yougu Technology has upheld its people‑oriented corporate strategy by coordinating production operations with employee welfare. The Company’s trade union, administrative department, occupational health and safety department, and other departments have worked in tandem to implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, build a robust line of defense for high‑temperature workplace safety, and fully ensure safe working conditions for employees and stable, orderly production.
In terms of safety protection, the Company has fully stocked various heatstroke emergency supplies, distributing essential balm, cooling balm, Rendan herbal pills, and Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid, among other items. Meanwhile, leveraging the Work Safety Month, it has conducted specialized training on heatstroke prevention and cooling, effectively enhancing all employees’ safety protection and emergency response capabilities for high‑temperature operations.
In terms of logistical support, the Company regularly supplies cooling beverages such as chrysanthemum tea, salted soda water, and iced green tea, and serves watermelon and mung bean soup at scheduled times. In addition, by placing industrial ice blocks in workshops, it has effectively lowered workshop temperatures and improved the working environment, creating comfortable and safe production conditions for front‑line employees working in the heat.
Going forward, Yougu Technology will earnestly implement the guidance and requirements of higher‑level trade unions, continue to meticulously manage workplace safety and heatstroke prevention during the high‑temperature season, and provide regular care and services for employees. At the same time, guided by Party building, the Company will further deepen the reform of industrial workforce development, continuously improve the talent incentive and cultivation system, and, through more solid safety management, warmer employee welfare, and higher‑quality workforce development, contribute to the safe, stable, and high‑quality development of the enterprise.
