“Unite as One, Forge Ahead with Resolve”: Yougu Technology Holds the 2024 Year‑End Work Report Conference
As the year draws to a close and the Lunar New Year approaches, on January 18, the “Unite as One, Forge Ahead with Resolve” 2024 Annual Management‑Level Year‑End Work Report Conference of Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) was held in the conference room of the comprehensive building at Yougu Electrical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. This marks the first management‑level conference hosted at the new factory since Yougu Technology entered its 2.0‑era development phase. All management personnel attended the meeting. Gu Yongjiu, Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, was present and delivered concluding remarks.
The work‑report conference was divided into morning and afternoon sessions.
At the meeting, heads of each department presented reports covering departmental structure and staffing arrangements, completion of key KPIs, work achievements in 2024, 2025 work plans, existing problems and improvement initiatives, as well as expected support. The presentations were detailed and well‑organized, thoroughly reviewing operational outcomes of 2024 and defining work priorities and improvement directions for 2025.
Towards the close of the conference, Gu Yongjiu delivered comments. He acknowledged achievements while pointing out deficiencies, analyzed challenges facing the company, and clarified core priorities for 2025.
He stated that the year‑end reporting serves not only as a systematic review of the past year, but also as a comprehensive assessment of performance across departments and managerial staff, as well as well‑rounded planning to secure a strong start for 2025.
He expressed confidence that from the perspectives of industry trends, operational management and corporate micro‑level conditions, 2025 will be a promising year for Yougu Technology. The company is operating on the promising global track of new‑energy wind power. With sound development strategies in place, all staff shall stay confident, take a down‑to‑earth approach and pursue steady and sustainable growth within the new‑energy sector.
He emphasized that Yougu Technology will step up execution capacity building, treating execution as a key lever for team development and effective delivery of work results. Meanwhile, management shall clarify their roles, tackle work‑related challenges with a positive mindset, strengthen communication and coordination, boost team cohesion and collaboration, and substantially improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, the company will establish a more comprehensive incentive mechanism centered on people, attracting and cultivating outstanding talents with innovative thinking and practical capabilities. A survival‑of‑the‑fittest competitive mechanism will be adopted to inspire employees’ initiative and creativity. Yougu Technology will build its competitive moat through first‑class culture, first‑class team, first‑class management, first‑class technology and first‑class equipment.
