Job responsibilities：

1, more than three years of medium and large motor design experience, full-time undergraduate degree or above, motor design, electrical engineering related disciplines, master's degree is preferred;

2, medium and large motor design theory foundation is solid, master motor design principles;

3, familiar with the motor magnetic circuit calculation, good at medium and large motor electromagnetic field analysis, at least one motor simulation software, and familiar with motor vibration, noise, temperature and other multi-field coupling analysis is preferred;

Job Responsibilities:

1, docking R & D, planning factory assembly process, design workshop process route, leading the manufacturing process flow chart (PFD), potential failure mode impact analysis (PFMEA), to ensure that the key features in the production process under control;

2, assist R & D, verify the manufacturability of medium and large motors and assembly process, analyse process failure modes, continuously improve the quality and performance of motors, and enhance the production and equipment performance;

3, design and improve the field operation methods and workshop layout, prepare process documents (PFD, WI, PBOM, etc.), and integrate quality, safety and efficiency into operation instructions;

4, training and assessment and onboarding certification of production operation personnel on work instructions (WI), establishment and maintenance of manufacturing process flow cards;

5, collaborate with the production team to develop efficiency improvement programmes, develop standard working hours and production beat optimization; collaborate with the quality team to resolve motor quality defects, improve motor manufacturing process capability and reduce potential quality risks; collaborate with the safety team to eliminate or mitigate sources of risk identified by Job Safety Analysis (JSA);

6, according to the motor design quality needs, design process equipment and is responsible for the validation and improvement of the work equipment; on the manufacturing process efficiency, quality, safety and continuous improvement, in-depth participation in the work design and development of the validation of the work equipment, technical exchanges with the work suppliers, tracking the progress of the work of the manufacture of the delivery and acceptance progress;

7, the management of jigs and fixtures, measuring instruments; the development of equipment jigs and fixtures ledger, the implementation of the corresponding inventory to ensure that the account is consistent with the account; the development of measuring instruments ledger, tracking the implementation of the internal and external school, to ensure that the effective availability of measuring instruments;
