Yougu Technology Holds Voluntary Tree‑Planting Activity “Greening Longcheng in Warm March, Yougu in Public‑Welfare Action”
Spring returns and all things revive. On the occasion of China’s 47th Arbor Day, on the afternoon of March 10, supported by the Yougu Technology Public Welfare Fund, Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) joined hands with Changzhou Red Cross Society to hold the voluntary tree‑planting activity Greening Longcheng in Warm March, Yougu in Public‑Welfare Action at Xinlong Ecological Forest. The event put the green‑development philosophy into practice, adding greenery to the land and empowering ecological conservation. More than 20 volunteers from the company’s Party Branch, Trade Union and Youth League Branch took part in the activity. Ji Honglin, Vice‑President of Changzhou Red Cross Society, and Qi Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, attended the event.
Bathed in the vitality of March, Xinlong Ecological Forest is bursting with fresh green and flourishing vegetation. In 2024, the park was selected as one of the outstanding cases under Jiangsu Province’s first batch of high‑quality land‑greening featured premium projects. At the site, Yougu volunteers, together with officials from Changzhou Red Cross Society, carefully planted saplings at designated spots. Over ten late‑flowering cherry trees were planted in total, adding vibrant spring hues to the land of Longcheng.
On February 2, 2024, Yougu Technology and Changzhou Red Cross Society jointly established the Yougu Technology Public Welfare Fund. Since its inception, the fund has supported numerous public‑welfare initiatives including assistance for people in need, youth wellbeing programs, charity book donations and sponsorship of sports charity events. This tree‑planting campaign serves as a vivid practice of ecological civilization construction for Yougu Technology, and a concrete demonstration of Yougu staff living out the corporate mission “For Sustainable Development of Humanity”.
Trees planted year after year grow into shady groves; forests nurtured by generations thrive into vast woodlands.
