Yougu Technology Renews Its "Milk Promise" Hand‑in‑Hand with Changzhou Red Cross Society
Marking the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army’s Long March, the 13th “Walk for a Bag of Milk” & “Changzhou Online Public‑Welfare Walking Event” kicked off as scheduled on April 25. Jointly with the Changzhou Red Cross Society, and under the coordinated efforts of its Party Branch, Trade Union and Youth League Branch, Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yougu Technology”) mobilized nearly 40 employees to take an active part, illuminating Changzhou with red‑themed public‑welfare actions.
As a committed practitioner of public‑welfare causes, Yougu Technology has devoted itself to this signature charity event for three consecutive years. The walking team has grown from over 20 participants at the beginning to nearly 40 today. This growth represents not only a rise in headcount, but also the inheritance and passing‑on of Yougu staff’s original aspiration for public good.
The year 2026 marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army’s Long March. Adopting an innovative model of “charity hiking + red‑themed study tour”, this event integrates immersive educational content featuring key milestones and historic episodes of the Long March along the routes. While hiking for fitness and passing on love, participants revisit the Long March Spirit and draw motivation for forging ahead. A 30‑kilometer full‑length main route and a mini‑route starting from Civic Square to Jiangnan Global Harbour were arranged to cater to diverse groups, drawing numerous kind‑hearted people to walk together for charity.
At 7 a.m., Yougu Technology’s participating employees set off from various starting points alongside other teams, treading the path of charity with their footsteps and conveying the warmth of public welfare through perseverance. Starting from 10 a.m., participants of the mini and half‑distance courses arrived one after another at the destination, Jiangnan Global Harbour. By 2 p.m., all employees tackling the full 30‑km challenge had safely finished the walk, bringing a successful close to this charity hike.
Over the years, Yougu Technology has embedded social public welfare into its corporate development DNA. On February 2, 2024, Yougu Technology and the Changzhou Red Cross Society jointly established the Yougu Technology Public‑Welfare Fund. Since its founding, the fund has rolled out multiple initiatives including assistance for disadvantaged groups, health care for children and teenagers, charity book donations and sponsorship for sports charity events. It responds precisely to social needs and demonstrates corporate responsibility through compassion.
