Yougu Electric × Changzhou Institute of Technology: Signing Ceremony for University‑Student Social Practice Base
To deepen the integration of industry and education, build a new platform for university‑enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, and precisely align university talent training with corporate development needs, on the afternoon of May 28, Yougu Electric Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology), and the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Changzhou Institute of Technology jointly held the signing and unveiling ceremony for the “University‑Student Social Practice Base”. Ju Jintao, Vice‑Dean of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Yang Xue, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and other university officials attended the event. Gu Yongjiu, Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, was present to witness this important moment.
Accompanied by Kang Zhifeng, Human Resources Director of Yougu Technology, university leaders and student representatives visited the corporate exhibition hall. During the tour, Kang Zhifeng introduced the company’s development history, core technical products and corporate‑culture development, fully demonstrating the Company’s layout and comprehensive strength in key components for global high‑power offshore wind power, as well as in the R&D, design and assembly of generators and cooling systems.
Following the site visit, both sides moved to the meeting room for discussions. Ju Jintao, Vice‑Dean of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, gave an overview of the school covering its educational features, specialty development, faculty resources, talent‑training models, student practical training and graduate employment.
At the meeting, Gu Yongjiu stated that Yougu Technology attaches great importance to university‑enterprise cooperation and talent development. Over the years, it has maintained close and in‑depth industry‑university‑research cooperation with many universities and research institutes including Hunan University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Changzhou University and Changzhou Institute of Technology. The Company continuously promotes joint practical teaching and the commercialization of research achievements, fostering a sound ecosystem for coordinated university‑enterprise development.
He specially mentioned the “Grain‑Talent Program”, the Company’s special talent‑cultivation initiative. Targeting two core talent echelons for R&D and management, the program builds up high‑quality interdisciplinary talent reserves through systematic training and on‑the‑job practice. He also noted that Yougu Technology will actively fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and keep building an integrated platform for university students combining social practice, on‑post training and career growth, helping young talents accumulate industrial experience and sharpen professional competencies.
At the concluding signing ceremony, leaders from both parties signed the university‑enterprise cooperation agreement and jointly unveiled the plaque for the “University‑Student Social Practice Base” of Changzhou Institute of Technology.
The successful signing and unveiling ceremony not only builds a solid cooperation bridge for both sides but also lays a sound foundation for further in‑depth collaboration.
