At the opening of the activity, an entertaining number‑calling ice‑breaker helped participants break the ice and integrate quickly. Afterwards, all participants were divided into teams. Each group elected a team leader and came up with a team name and slogan. Participants united rapidly and got fully prepared for the upcoming challenges.
Following the warm‑up sessions, the highlight of the team‑building event — the Dragon‑Boat‑Festival‑themed dragon‑boat race officially kicked off. Rooted in traditional culture, dragon‑boat racing symbolizes the spirit of unity, hard work and forging ahead. Each team boarded their boat. Under the guidance of professional coaches, they quickly mastered paddling rhythm, force‑application skills and key points for team coordination. Teams practiced repeatedly and prepared whole‑heartedly for the competition.
At the referee’s starting signal, the dragon‑boat race began in full swing. United and well‑coordinated, every team completed the race with great perseverance and efficient collaboration, fully demonstrating the enterprising and united spirit of Yougu staff.
