Yougu Technology Solidly Carries out 2026 Work‑Safety Month Series of Activities
June marks the 25th National Work‑Safety Month. To effectively reinforce the corporate safety line of defense and enhance all employees’ safety awareness as well as emergency‑response capabilities for unexpected hazards, Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) has made overall arrangements for internal safety learning. Through a series of measures including emergency drills, safety popularization and hazard inspections, the Company advances work‑safety management on a regular basis.
Since the launch of Work‑Safety Month, the Occupational Health and Safety Department has taken the lead in formulating a special activity plan and organizing multiple targeted emergency drills, covering fire‑and‑explosion accidents, confined‑space accidents at wastewater ponds, and electric‑shock accidents.

Given safety risks such as flammable and explosive hazards in spraying operations and fire risks caused by paint materials, the Occupational Health and Safety Department organized all members of the spraying team for a fire emergency drill on the morning of June 24. A sudden fire at the spraying workstation was simulated on site. All staff worked in well‑defined roles and followed standard procedures to efficiently complete the full emergency‑response workflow including fire containment, personnel evacuation and casualty rescue. The drill further standardized fire‑emergency procedures for spraying posts and consolidated employees’ on‑site response capabilities.

On the afternoon of June 24, the Occupational Health and Safety Department organized all staff from the Equipment and Energy Department to conduct an emergency drill for hydrogen‑sulfide poisoning accidents in the confined‑space wastewater pond. In strict compliance with confined‑space work management procedures, scenarios such as personnel poisoning, hazard reporting, ventilation‑aided rescue and first‑aid treatment were simulated. The drill strengthened hands‑on emergency skills of operators and on‑site guardians, and helped enforce the safety red line for confined‑space operations.
On the afternoon of June 25, the Occupational Health and Safety Department arranged an on‑site disposal drill for electric‑shock accidents for the welding team. The drill simulated a scenario where an operator suffered an electric shock and fell during welding work. It focused on popularizing safety knowledge such as cutting off power first, scientific rescue and prevention of secondary electric shocks, and improved the welding team’s capacity for rapid response to sudden electric‑shock incidents.
To address hazards at their source, the Company’s trade union set up a safety‑hazard inspection group composed of trade‑union committee members starting this year, and implemented a regular monthly safety inspection mechanism. Full‑coverage hazard checks are carried out focusing on high‑risk areas including forklift traffic routes, high‑altitude operations, hazardous‑chemical storage zones, confined‑space work sites and overhead crane equipment. The trade union hung Work‑Safety‑Month themed banners across the plant to foster an on‑site safety atmosphere, disseminate operational safety specifications and consolidate all employees’ safety awareness.

The conclusion of these activities is not the end of safety management, but a new starting point for Yougu Technology to consistently implement its corporate principle of “Safety First” and uphold the bottom‑line requirements for safety. All employees must strictly abide by safety operating procedures and specifications for high‑risk operations, unswervingly observe the safety red line, integrate work safety into the whole production process, consolidate the foundation for safe production, and write a new chapter for Yougu Technology’s development underpinned by robust safety management.
