Standing Committee of Suqian Municipal People’s Congress Conducts Research Visit to Yougu Technology
On the morning of November 5, Wang Yi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of Suqian Municipal People’s Congress, and his delegation paid a research visit to Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology). Bai Yunping, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress, accompanied the delegation. Gu Yongjiu, Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, extended a warm welcome to the visiting leaders and was present throughout the reception.
The delegation toured Yougu Technology’s exhibition hall. Gu Yongjiu gave an overview of the company’s development history and elaborated on its business philosophy, technological innovation, global layout and future development strategy. The delegation listened carefully to the briefing, and both sides held in‑depth discussions on the current status and development prospects of the global wind power industry.
To date, Yougu Technology has become the world’s largest manufacturer of precision‑welded generator housings for the wind power industry by annual output. Wang Yi spoke highly of Yougu Technology’s achievements in the global wind power market, especially its R&D in key components for high‑power offshore wind generators.
He encouraged Yougu Technology to bolster confidence for growth, continuously enhance technological innovation capabilities, closely follow industry trends in global high‑power offshore wind power, and contribute wisdom and strength to achieving the “Dual Carbon” goals.
