On July 27, 2024, Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yougu Technology") held its 2024 mid-year performance review meeting for the management team, marking the halfway point of the year's journey. The entire management team participated in the meeting, and the Chairman and General Manager of Yougu Technology, Gu Yongjiu, attended and delivered a concluding speech.
During the meeting, department heads reported on various aspects such as departmental structure and staff allocation, key KPI achievements, work results from the first half of 2024, plans for the second half of the year, existing issues and improvement plans, and the support needed. The reports were detailed and well-organized, fully summarizing the achievements of the first half of the year, and setting out plans and improvement directions for the second half. Chairman and General Manager Gu Yongjiu commented on the meeting, recognizing the achievements while pointing out deficiencies, analyzing the challenges currently faced by Yougu Technology, and clarifying the key focus areas for the second half of the year.
He stated that the first half of 2024 was full of challenges. For Yougu Technology to achieve sustainable and stable development, all Yougu staff need to strengthen their confidence in development and make every effort to ensure the implementation of various tasks. He emphasized that Yougu Technology is on a global industrial track of historical opportunity in the wind power industry and has formulated a clear medium and long-term development strategy. All Yougu staff need to clarify their thoughts and be well-prepared.
He emphasized that action is more important than ideas, and results are more important than actions. All Yougu staff need to further strengthen their goal awareness, reinforce result orientation, and make every effort to overcome difficulties. Additionally, Yougu Technology will continue to focus on talent cultivation and constantly improve the comprehensive talent evaluation system.
For the work in the second half of the year, he required:

2、See through the appearance to perceive the essence and solve core problems.
3、Break down departmental barriers and enhance coordination efficiency.
