Industry-Academia Collaboration | Unveiling of Yougu Technology's "Jiangsu Provincial Graduate Workstation" and “Dual Role Recruitment Ceremony”


On July 4th, Professor Chen Bai from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, along with three colleagues and high-level talents Qunfeng Zou and Junping Li , visited Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yougu Technology") to engage in industry-academia-research collaboration. They also attended the unveiling ceremony of the "Jiangsu Provincial Graduate Workstation," jointly established by Yougu Technology and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, as well as the "Dual Role Recruitment" ceremony. Professor Yefa Tan from the PLA Army Engineering University, Yougu Technology's Chairman and General Manager Yongjiu Gu , and other senior management members of the company were also present at the event.

During the event, Yougu Technology's Chairman and General Manager Yongjiu Gu presented appointment certificates to Professor Bai Chen and Professor Yefa Tan , recognizing them as special experts. In return, Professor Bai Chen presented Yongjiu Gu with a certificate appointing him as an industry mentor for master's students at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

During the event, the 2024 "Dual Role Recruitment" high-level talents, including Professor Qunfeng Zou from Changzhou University, Professor Xia Cao from Changzhou Institute of Technology, and Professor Junping Li from Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology, attended the ceremony. Yougu Technology's Chairman and General Manager Yongjiu Gu presented them with certificates appointing them as "Dual Role Recruitment" experts at Yougu Technology.

Following the ceremony, Professor Bai Chen and his team toured Yougu Technology's production workshop and research and development base, gaining firsthand insight into the company's main products, as well as their research and production processes.

Strategic cooperation between universities and enterprises is a crucial initiative for enhancing innovation-driven development and is one of the drivers of economic growth for companies. In the future, the graduate workstation will focus on industry-education integration and empowerment. It will carry out joint efforts in the research and design of key components for high-power offshore wind turbines, aiming to establish a new pattern where demand and supply are aligned, and talent drives both scientific research and production.
