Yougu Technology Honored as “Benchmark for Lean Management among SMEs of Changzhou” for 2023
Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Changzhou issued the official document Notice on Announcing the List of 2023 Changzhou “Benchmark for Lean Management among Small‑ and Medium‑Sized Enterprises” (Document No. Chang Gong Xin Zhong Xiao〔2024〕182). Changzhou Yougu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yougu Technology) was included on the list and granted the recognition of 2023 Changzhou “Benchmark for Lean Management among Small‑ and Medium‑Sized Enterprises”. This accreditation marks remarkable achievements Yougu Technology has made in advancing lean management.
In recent years, Yougu Technology has launched a dual‑driven initiative covering employee‑wide Rational Suggestions and specialist‑team‑led Lean Improvement Projects. Centering on quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and cost reduction, the program leverages the dual strengths of full‑staff participation and professional breakthroughs, delivering ground‑breaking results in process optimization, material substitution and energy‑efficiency upgrading.
Rational‑Suggestion Competitions Actively Organized
During 2022‑2023, Yougu Technology’s lean‑management team organized special competitions themed “Cost Reduction, Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement” across departments. More than 200 rational suggestions were submitted throughout the project implementation period, with an adoption rate of 64 % and an implementation rate of 55 %, generating a total economic benefit of over RMB 558,000.
Lean Improvement Projects Delivered by Specialist Teams
In 2022‑2023, Yougu Technology established a mechanism for lean‑improvement projects and formulated incentive policies to encourage employees to identify improvement topics regarding safety, quality, delivery lead‑time and cost. Professional breakthroughs and optimizations were advanced to support corporate cost‑cutting and efficiency‑gain goals. Altogether 33 lean‑improvement projects were completed, yielding economic benefits exceeding RMB 3.51 million.
Furthermore, Yougu Technology has carried out comprehensive work covering management systems, digital‑intelligent equipment, talent innovation and technological innovation, providing solid safeguards for further rolling out lean management.
